I loved all your L's, but I would dearly love to see your letter guide! I hope it will come to fruition while I am still able to weave. I so love your letters, and all your posts.
This post leaves me lighthearted! So many lovely things to look at and ponder over. I especially love the letter instructions and long for more. It would lift up my spirits. And now I'm thinking in "L" words. Lucky me!
Wolf Lichen! It makes such a beautiful dye color & imparts a lovely fragrance. I’ve got a nice bag of it collected in ID … think I’ll dye some silk ~ perfect for my May Jenkins “Instant gratification spin“ !
Sarah, I absolutely love this wonderful post giving us a wee view into your days of exploration and wonder both inside and outside ...... you seem to live in a very beautiful place, but it seems very different to where you used to live, and I imagine it'll take a deliciously long time to not be surprised around every bend. I have not tried tapestry weaving yet but you're drawing me in, and I am very excited with what you have on the loom this time. I am very grateful for your sharing of how to make a letter......thankyou thankyou thankyou!
Thank goodness for your library internet life line! That loaf is beautiful and looks very inviting. You have got me doing ... la-la-la-la ... as I consider what to fix for my din-din tonight! :-)
i love watching the walks through the trees. Beryl is the perfect scout. You've inspired me to get out and take one of the tree walks soon. of course, taking along a bit of fluff to spin while listening to the songs of nature along the path. thank you sarah for these delicious moments.
Lovely!
nice life...
I have so much lupine in my sheep farm pollinator garden. It’s basically taken over! Breoghan says howdy to Beryl (me too!)
And Beryl says Howdy back!
Fabulous.
I love your letters, your woven letters on oddments fragments scraps of cloth ..... and your new home inspirations and Lupines
Every bit of this post calmed me and made me smile. I have been called a luddite too, and I personally consider it a compliment.
Luddite comrades--onward!

Thanks for the nudge. I'll keep working on it (the guide that is)!

Yes indeed. The color and the smell and the delicious satisfaction of scooping it off the ground when it has been blown down by wind and rain.

What a great way of thinking about the newness--letting the pleasurable surprises linger for as long as possible. Thanks for that!

Perfect Rochelle!! Love it!
Last night I went with la-la-la-la lentils and veggies and a squeeze or two of la-la-la-la lemon! :-)
Well that was just the thing for this morning!

I love how you share. Thank you! 😍👍
Love it 😊
I don't know whether you can access it from outside the UK as the BBC have changed their system recently, but there was an interesting programme about Ned Ludd on the radio earlier this week. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m002bhk9?partner=uk.co.bbc&origin=share-mobile
Looks like I can get it! Thanks for the link
